Build­ing Open­ing at Future Pro­duc­tion Site

Power Stick Featured in photovoltaik

Hofheim am Taunus is where – start­ing in 2023 – we will build thou­sands of Pow­er Sticks every month to push the ener­gy tran­si­tion in Ger­many, Europe and the world.

The mul­ti­mi­ni is a 9,340 square meter indus­tri­al park with hall units 300 square meters and big­ger, focus­ing on local­ly based com­pa­nies and start-ups. Thanks to the excel­lent loca­tion close to the high­way A66 con­nect­ing Frank­furt and Wies­baden and a good con­nec­tion to pub­lic trans­port, the mul­ti­mi­ni HOFHEIM was ful­ly occu­pied in a very short time.

On July 22, the mul­ti­mi­ni HOFHEIM, the indus­tri­al park where we will be set­ting up out pro­duc­tion site short­ly, was new­ly opened with a get-togeth­er of the future ten­ants and neigh­bors, local politi­cians and rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the con­struc­tion com­pa­ny MB Park Deutsch­land GmbH. For Solar­na­tive, our founder Julian Matthe­is was hand­ed a sym­bol­ic “Key to Suc­cess” by Hofheim’s May­or, Chris­t­ian Vogt.

The project was planned and real­ized with a strong focus on sus­tain­abil­i­ty: the prop­er­ty is heat­ed and cooled with an air source heat pump as well as under­floor heat­ing, and a pho­to­volta­ic sys­tem will soon be installed on the green roof.
