We as a com­pa­ny are sig­na­to­ries of the Char­ta der Vielfalt e.V., which pro­motes diver­si­ty in busi­ness. To this end, he is ini­ti­at­ing a series of projects for and with employ­ees and would like to encour­age them to engage in diver­si­ty in the work­ing envi­ron­ment and address how to deal with prej­u­dice and dis­crim­i­na­tion in the workplace.
