Power Stick Featured in photovoltaik

The cur­rent issue of Ger­man mag­a­zine pho­to­voltaik is all about the inno­va­tions pre­sent­ed at Inter­so­lar Europe 2022 in Munich. In the invert­ers cat­e­go­ry, the arti­cle (page 44–47) fea­tur­ing Solarnative’s Pow­er Stick explains why micro-invert­ers are gain­ing pace on the Euro­pean mar­ket and are set to be the next big thing in pho­to­voltaics in Ger­many and all over Europe. With these minia­tur­ized invert­ers, mod­ules can be con­trolled indi­vid­u­al­ly, thus set­ting new stan­dards in yield, per­for­mance and safe­ty in res­i­den­tial PV – and open­ing up new oppor­tu­ni­ties for small­er bal­cony PV solu­tions that are large­ly sought after due to ris­ing needs of ener­gy autarky.

After the magazine’s vis­it at Solarnative’s booth in Munich, what seemed to stick with the indus­try experts the most was the smart design of our Pow­er Stick – the small­est and fastest micro-invert­er in the world – allow­ing it to be inte­grat­ed into the frame of each mod­ule. Thus, the tem­per­a­ture inside the invert­er is kept low­er than in com­pa­ra­ble prod­ucts, lead­ing to a much high­er lifetime.

Anoth­er ben­e­fit of our unique prod­uct design that pho­to­voltaik decid­ed to empha­size in the arti­cle is the pre­ven­tion of sig­nal inter­fer­ence known from DC opti­miz­ers thanks to the Pow­er Stick’s alu­minum hous­ing and inte­grat­ed filters.
