Power Stick Featured in photovoltaik
The current issue of German magazine photovoltaik is all about the innovations presented at Intersolar Europe 2022 in Munich. In the inverters category, the article (page 44–47) featuring Solarnative’s Power Stick explains why micro-inverters are gaining pace on the European market and are set to be the next big thing in photovoltaics in Germany and all over Europe. With these miniaturized inverters, modules can be controlled individually, thus setting new standards in yield, performance and safety in residential PV – and opening up new opportunities for smaller balcony PV solutions that are largely sought after due to rising needs of energy autarky.
After the magazine’s visit at Solarnative’s booth in Munich, what seemed to stick with the industry experts the most was the smart design of our Power Stick – the smallest and fastest micro-inverter in the world – allowing it to be integrated into the frame of each module. Thus, the temperature inside the inverter is kept lower than in comparable products, leading to a much higher lifetime.
Another benefit of our unique product design that photovoltaik decided to emphasize in the article is the prevention of signal interference known from DC optimizers thanks to the Power Stick’s aluminum housing and integrated filters.
